You can place an order with a 30% deposit, and the goods will be sent to us with a current lead time including shipping of 10-12 working weeks.
Air Freight options are available at additional cost, and the lead time is 8-12 working days.
Local freight for delivery within New Zealand or to Australia is at additional cost.
Please note that for Australian customers, a reduction of 15% (New Zealand GST) will be removed from the product price, however you may need to pay GST and any duties associated with the import to Australian Customs. Shipping & Returns
1. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We currently deliver to New Zealand, Australia and the US.
Collection from our depot is possible, however you are required to arrange all shipping and/or pickup costs.
2. Returns
We are happy to take undamaged, unused and unwrapped products back into stock, less a 15% re-stocking fee. The balance will be applied as a credit against your account. Return shipping costs are your expense.
