Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

 

Styx Solutions Ltd will endeavour to ship within 48 hours of receiving the order via our website or other sales platforms. The cut of time each day to process orders is 2:00pm  

We regret we cannot ship to PO Boxes. 

 

For international customers, we can obtain freight costs to your address, we may need a business GST or VAT number for exporting purposes.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

​Dispatch operation hours: 8.00am – 4.00pm Monday – Thursday

                                               8:00am - 12:00pm Friday


Delivery time – North Island

Standard North Island deliveries - within 2-3 working days from the point of dispatch.
Rural deliveries – up to five working days from the point of dispatch for areas classed as rural by our carriers.

We can ship to nominated addresses of the customer’s choice such as a rural supply store, or a freighting depot for collection.

 

Delivery time – South Island

Standard South Island deliveries – within 1-2 working days from the point of dispatch.

Rural deliveries – up to three working days from the point of dispatch for areas classed as rural by our carriers. 

Please note that Styx Solutions Ltd will not be liable for any costs incurred or damages due to late delivery of freight. 

Overnight/Saturday deliveries – IMPORTANT

Styx Solutions ​Ltd is unable to provide/guarantee overnight/Saturday deliveries under any circumstances. If you urgently require Styx Solutions Ltd exclusive product and the above shipping times are unsatisfactory, we apologize for the inconvenience.

RETURNS POLICY

We are happy to take undamaged, unused and if packaged unwrapped product back into stock, less a 15% re stocking fee and the balance applied as a credit to the buyer’s account. Return of product is at the buyer’s expense. Any returned product that goes missing or is lost during the freight process is not the responsibility of Styx Solutions Ltd. No Credits will be issued until the returned stock is processed back into our warehouse.

You must ensure that when placing your order, you require everything that is in your shopping cart and that accidental additions have not been made. 

Any costs incurred due to incorrectly entered personal information are the responsibility of the buyer.
